    Pre-hung doors set plumb, with trim and hardware.

  • Drywall patches

    Patch, tape, mud and prime, ready for paint.

  • Shelving and closets

    A closet or a wall of shelving, installed level and secure.

  • Window trim and casing

    Supplied and installed, paint-ready.

  • Handrail and stair rail

    Repairs and installs with solid, code-compliant fastening.

  • Fence and gate repair

    Posts, panels, and gate rehangs or rebuilds.

  • Baseboard and trim

    Clean cuts and tight joints, paint-ready.

  • Exterior door replacement

    New door set with flashing, sealant and trim.

Plans suit homeowners, landlords, property managers and strata councils. Electrical, plumbing and gas work is referred to licensed trades. Unused visits do not roll over.
